Heavy-duty stainless steel caster
This is the industry's first stainless steel caster designed for heavy loads.
We manufacture fittings by welding thick plate materials, resulting in highly durable fittings. The mounting pitch is 80×80 (90×90), and the turning section has a wider surface area for the steel ball rail, which helps distribute the load over a larger area, thereby reducing aging deterioration in the turning part. Additionally, the kingpin is embedded, which minimizes play and enables smooth turning. Furthermore, we have installed SUS grease nipples, allowing for lubrication and ensuring a long lifespan. - Urethane wheels: These heavy-duty urethane wheels are the first in the industry for stainless steel applications. They operate quietly during transport and are gentle on the floor surface. The wheels are made from urethane that is resistant to hydrolysis, and the core is made from aluminum to reduce weight. - MC nylon wheels: These wheels have high load capacity with low starting resistance, making them easy to transport. - Stainless steel wheels: They excel in chemical resistance and pose no risk of wheel deformation due to prolonged contact with the ground.
